When does each ensemble perform?

Will my Symphonic Band student be provided a Tuxedo shirt?
The answer is No. Symphonic Band musicians must provide their own white wing-collar tuxedo shirt (with black studs), which may be purchased at such locations as formalwear shops, Kohl’s, Hobby Lobby, Burlington, and http://www.uniformalwearhouse.com.
How do I clean my marching band uniform?
Uniforms are DRY CLEAN ONLY. You may take it to any Professional Dry Cleaner.
Be sure uniforms are hung up to dry when rain has dampened them.
Be sure to have uniforms cleaned occassionally during football season, and certainly at the completion of the marching band performances.
My student is using a school instrument. Do we purchase a new mouthpiece for it?
Yes. All students are required to buy a new mouthpiece for their instrument.
What is the absence policy for performances and rehearsals?
Acceptable excuses for absence from a performance or rehearsal are: 1) Personal illness, which must be substantiated by a parent phone call and note from the physician, or 2) Illness or death in the family.
What if I have a concert and a volleyball match on the same day at the same time?
Conflicts such as these must e resolved with Miss Horn well in advance of the event, not a day or two prior to the events.
